John A. Kraft

John A. Kraft began legal employment as a law clerk in 1981 with Young, Lind & Endres while attending the University of Louisville School of Law.  Mr. Kraft received his doctor of jurisprudence degree in 1983. He graduated with a BS degree from Ball State University in 1976 with a journalism/radio-television double major. In 1975 he obtained his Indiana real estate salesperson’s license (Brokers-1976) and sold real estate until his entry into law school in 1980.

John served two (2) terms as President of the Rauch Foundation, and served two (2) three (3) year terms on its Board of Directors. He presently serves on the Board of Trustees at Our Lady of Providence High School in Clarksville, Indiana.

From 1983 until 1998 John taught the real estate salespersons’ pre-licensing course at Indiana University Southeast. John also continues his association with the real estate profession serving as counsel to the Southern Indiana REALTORS Association. He concentrates his practice in business formations, real estate and regularly represents developers before planning and zoning boards in Southern Indiana. John is married and has two (2) adult daughters–Alex and Charly.

Mr. Kraft is admitted to practice in Indiana and also admitted before the U.S. District Courts of the Northern & Southern Districts of Indiana.
